Anti-virus/spyware/adware What programs to use with ZoneAlarm?

I had an outdated Norton so it uses the removal tool and now I am downloading ZoneAlarm security suite. I know the intention of having other free antivirus program adware spyware stuff but it would be best to run with ZA and how many really need?
